Immediately before the village of Pont Valsavarenche, near Terré summer grazing land, cross Torrent Savara and, after another summer grazing land, follow the uphill trail developing in a wood of larches and Swiss pines, one of the favorite stations of the black grouse in this valley.

N.B: you can continue the tour with the traverse leading to Vittorio Emanuele II Mountain Hut.
