Cuneo Strawberry

PAT - Traditional Agri-Foodstuffs

The label "Fragola Cuneo" is reserved to the fruits of the cultivars Alba, Arosa, Asia, Clery, Record, Sugar Lia, Roxana, Albion, Charlotte, Diamante, Elsinore, Evie 2, Irma, and the ameliorative clones of these varieties cultivated in their place of origin.
The fruits must have a minimum sugar content of over 6° brix associated with a good juice acidity (minimum acidity: not less than 7 meq/100g of NaOH N/10)
