Testa Rosce Peach

Peach variety characterized by a late ripening (October), with small-medium size fruits and a tomentose peel which, after the onset of ripening, becomes grayish while, when the fruit is ripe, the basic yellow color is almost completely covered with several dark red streaks.
The name Testa Rosce is linked to the characteristic dark red pulp which most of the pulp assumes when it is completely ripe. At home, it is used to make peaches in syrup thanks to the good compactness of the pulp.
