This is the stage that allows you to pass from the Peligna Valley to the Orta Valley, bypassing the Morrone through the San Leonardo Pass.

- Q8 From Passo San Leonardo to Roccacaramanico
- Q7 Roccacaramanico up to intersection S coming from Rava del Confine to Caramanico
- S from interpoderale del Morrone to S. Vittorino di Caramanico
- Section on asphalt from S. Vittorino to Caramanico Terme
