A loop in the Alessandria flatland, between Bosco Marengo and Fresonara. Irrigated fields are the main feature of this area, together with tree rows, hedges and irrigation ditches. The itinerary shares a stretch with via Aemilia Scauri, built by the Romans to connect Luni with Acqui Terme and Tortona.
From the Park offices, at the former municipal mill, go west on a white countryside road.
