Products: Truffles

Vineyards and olive groves characterize the piedmont strip of this territory and contribute, with their shapes and symbology, to evoke a very particular atmosphere.
The area gravitating around Monte Subasio Regional Park is characterized by ideal conditions for wine and olive growing, to the extent that the local producers have obtained for wines the DOC label "Assisi" (Controlled Designation of Origin) and the IGT labels "Umbria" and "Spello" (Typical Geographical Indication), while for extra-virgin olive oil they have obtained the PDO label "Umbria - Colli Assisi-Spoleto" (Protected Designation of Origin).
Their quality well matches with a gastronomy offering simple, genuine, and tasty dishes linked to the tradition.

In the area, also the local craftsmanship plays an important role.
