By Bus or by Train

All the villages of the Park are connected with Rome through the buses of the CO.TRA.L. (the regional public transport group). The terminus of Rome is situated by Ponte Mammolo for the villages in the province of Rome, while the villages belonging to the Frosinone's side have their terminus by the subway station of Metro A, the Anagnina subway stop.

It is possible to travel by train with the line Roma-Pescara having two stations situated near the Park - that of Mandela and of Carsoli - from here one has to go on by bus.

The nearest station to the Park for the train line Roma-Napoli (Via Cassino) is that of Anagni; from here the CO.TRA.L. buses depart to reach some villages of the Park.
