To reach the Lescuso from the little church of Madonna delle Grazie, one needs to follow the street towards Trevi nel Lazio, leaving the Coleman path on the left.
After about 1 km one takes a mule track on the left marked with white-red path markers, which passes at the head of some agricultural buildings, reaches a small valley and climbs up and down up to a ruined building.
