The result of a three-year survey in the field, this volume summarizes the state of the knowledge on the birds nesting in the Park.
The introduction, describing the area of study and the survey methods used, is followed by 115 double-page information sheets dedicated to as many nesting species. Each sheet includes historical information, environmental preferences, information on the distribution in Italy, in Venetia, and in the Park, and notes on the conservation.
The sheet is completed with one or more photos of the described species and a map of its distribution in the Park.
