From Valnerina to Colfiorito along the ancient Via della Spina

The book is dedicated to sixteen itineraries, the first ten developing in the province of Perugia (with a short detour in the area of Terni in the 6th itinerary), the other six scattered among the provinces of Perugia and Macerata, between Umbria and the Marches. It the result of the author's walks and tours, mainly carried out on Sundays and almost always with his friends.
Besides the description of the itineraries the author follows on foot, we also find the description of sites, places, different kinds of structures that you can admire along each itinerary. Moreover, the volume focuses on oral traditions like experiences, tales, songs, music, recipes, and everything else linked to human activities. A pleasant book enriched with characteristic images of the places involved.
