It is a precocious variety completing its production cycle in 90 days. The harvest takes place in July. It is a hard potato that must be eaten within a couple of months from the harvest. It can be baked or boiled; the skin can also be eaten since, being very thin, it browns during the cooking and becomes imperceptible.
